Keyace Sims is a seasoned pageant professional with a passion for empowering young women to reach their fullest potential. Crowned Elite Miss Earth USA 2018, she has since dedicated her career to the pageant industry, serving on the national staff of prestigious organizations such as Miss Earth USA, International Ms., and Mrs. USA Earth. With extensive experience as a judge, host, and coach, Keyace has worked with countless titleholders, including coaching Miss DC USA 2023 to her state title and later guiding her to a Top 20 placement at Miss USA.
Now, as National Director of Miss Teen Global Beauty, Keyace is committed to providing young women with a transformative pageant experience that celebrates confidence, culture, and leadership. Her mission is to inspire the next generation of titleholders to use their platforms for meaningful impact—both on and off the stage.
Assistant National Director - Amy Keed
Amy Keed is a pageant veteran and dedicated mentor, bringing years of experience and passion to Miss Teen Global Beauty. She proudly holds the national title of Mrs. USA Earth Water 2023, showcasing her commitment to advocacy, elegance, and leadership. Beyond the pageant stage, Amy is also a successful entrepreneur, running her own cosmetics line, where she empowers individuals to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
As Assistant National Director, Amy is dedicated to helping young women develop their confidence, embrace their uniqueness, and make a meaningful impact. With her wealth of pageant knowledge and heart for mentorship, she plays a key role in guiding the next generation of titleholders toward success.
Media Director - Reza Venegas
Reza Venegas is a legend in the pageant industry, capturing the beauty, elegance, and power of titleholders through his stunning photography since 2015. With an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, he has photographed some of the most renowned pageants in the world, including Miss Universe, Miss USA, Miss Earth USA, Miss World America, Miss America DC, Miss Vizcaya, and many more. His work highlights the grace and confidence of every contestant, preserving their most unforgettable moments on stage.
